Things aren't great in Thailand, unless we really need to go in, we're advised not to.
Will let everyone know when we know what the craic is.
Other flights out of neighbouring countries are filling up quickly.

Hope ye can sort out the flights soon Brian. Just heard on radio here that you can make contact with the consulate by going into www.irelandinthailand.com and they may have some up t date info. good Luck.Mx

Hi Bean. See airport has returned to 'normal'. However, it will take at least two weeks before flights return to normal and this depends on the integrity etc of the IT systems. Deputy PMs and more particularly the Kings address to the nation, expected on Thursday night, is critical to retrun of calm in the capital. Take care. D
Folks - All good, will be home early as you can see now!
That's always the way Dad, you sort something out then it all clears up in the first place!
